Andy and Ben’s Record Partnership

Cae Glas' record batting partnership was notched up by Ben Hipkiss and Andy Griffiths, who scored 215 runs in two hours at Shifnal 3rds in September 2012. But both had previously held the record partnership.

Ben, who was finally dismissed for 131, also had a hand in the club's previous record-breaking partnership when he and Russ Turner put on 198 against Quayside in 2002.

That partnership broke the previous record, which had been set in 1991 by Andy and Dave Whittingham, who managed 181 in a 1991 match.
